Takashi Moriuchi

As a Co-Founder of Estancia, Mr. Moriuchi’s primary focus is sourcing, executing, monitoring and driving growth of Estancia’s portfolio companies as well as firm leadership/strategy and management. He also is responsible for development of new limited partners, client service and communication with Estancia’s Limited Partners.

He serves on the Board of Managers at Snowden Lane Partners, Geneva Capital, R&T Deposit Solutions, InvestorCOM, Flagstone Group, Soltis Investment Advisors, and eCommission. Mr. Moriuchi formerly served on the Board of Managers at North Square Investments, PMA Financial Network, Abel Noser Holdings, Resolute Investment Advisors, and Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services.

Prior to co-founding Estancia, Mr. Moriuchi was an Executive Director and Principal at Morgan Stanley & Co. and Lovell Minnick Partners, respectively. As a senior member of deal teams, he has focused on investing in the financial services sector with an emphasis on Financial Technology, Specialty Finance, Asset and Wealth Management businesses since 1996. Mr. Moriuchi has sourced, evaluated and structured multiple investment opportunities resulting in significant invested capital and attractive private equity returns. Notably, Mr. Moriuchi and Mr. Kang were two of the founding Principals starting Lovell Minnick in 1999 along with Messrs. Lovell and Minnick.

Mr. Moriuchi earned his Bachelor of Arts from University of Pennsylvania.
