Dan Rosenberger

Mr. Rosenberger’s primary focus is evaluating, identifying and assisting in executing on new investment opportunities. In addition, he focuses on portfolio monitoring and driving strategic initiatives for portfolio companies.

He serves on the Board of Managers at eCommission and is a Board Observer for Snowden Lane Partners, InvestorCOM, and Soltis Investment Advisors. Mr. Rosenberger formerly served as a Board of Managers Observer for Abel Noser Holdings and PMA Financial Network.

Prior to joining Estancia in early 2022, Mr. Rosenberger worked at Comvest Partners in the Special Opportunities and Direct Lending groups, where he focused on evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio management. Mr. Rosenberger began his career at Hamilton Lane where he focused on evaluating investment opportunities and deal execution across the Fund Investment and Co-Investment groups.

Mr. Rosenberger received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
