Danny Kang
Managing Director
Mr. Kang’s primary focus is sourcing, executing, monitoring and driving growth of Estancia’s portfolio companies.
He serves on the Board of Managers at Sapience Investments, Snowden Lane Partners and Geneva Capital. Mr. Kang formerly served on the Board of Managers at PMA Financial Network, Redwood Investments, Sustainable Growth Advisers, and Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services.
Prior to Estancia, Mr. Kang spent twelve years at Lovell Minnick where he led or contributed to numerous transactions, financings and post-investment activities (i.e., assisting portfolio companies in growing their businesses). Mr. Kang’s extensive experience in private equity ranges from early-stage investing to middle-market buy-out transactions in the financial services sector.
Mr. Kang earned his Bachelor of Science from University of Southern California.
